Pannacreme nuavia blu soap

User error.

It's also poor form to rubbish a soap based on one shave from a sample.

Yep....i always get this type of response. Lol...

Thats why i get 100% perfect shaves from other soaps......[emoji848]

As stated above....im going to give it another try and i really hope it works out for me because i love the scent.

I will report back. [emoji6]

Come on.....its not rocket science to bloom, lather and put some soap on your face. Lol...

As with all my samples, i paste the whole sample down into my 200ml empty tub. Bloom it while i the shower.....Put my damp silver tip brush into the tub.....swirl around while adding a few drops of water when needed until i create the perfect lather. See, simple hey?

I really dont know why guys get so technical about loading soaps and i see videos on youtube on how to lather certain soaps. All the same concept and it all boils down to how you like your lather to be.

Ok, so humour me and tell me what i did wrong. Lol [emoji1]

Happy weekend [emoji16]

Lol its not technical its a science

For one moment do you believe all soaps 1) lather the same way? 2) benefit from blooming? Trust me i've lathered my lifetime worth of soaps in sample, beta and released format to know it changes soap to soap. Your constants are brush and water and then it all changes. If it weren't so why did you get a bad lather from the same soap so so so many folks have had great to amazing lather with. Try lathering in different ways and see what happens. Its not the hard water cos where I am in north london I get limescale just thinking about turning the tap on. I've used samples of panna crema nuàvia as small as the size of my thumb nail pushed into my scuttled and got lather enough for 4 passes that was slick, thick and protective. And i'm darn sure its not YMMV unless your using a 45mm best badger thats eating your soap

For this shave try just dry soap and damp brush and mix up a yogurt type consistency before you start adding more water. Yes load in tub but build lather in a bowl or in your hand and see what you get. Have a super weekend :p

Oh now I see whats gone wrong only now you're wanting to try another razor and blade does that mean you've been using the same blade for the last 30 shaves lol

I used my sample again today and quite frankly IMHO this ridiculously over priced product is simply not worth it. Run of the mill performance. I loaded the brush just as Italian pro barbers do by smushing a fingertip dollop into the heart of a MÜHLE silvertip synthetic brush. It lathered fine, but performance is simply stock. Far better products available at much lower prices. This is just my subjective opinion and worth what you were charged. YMMV.

I've only shaved with the red "rose' soap. The scent is magnificent, I've never tried a better "rose" scent BUT performance is not up to the price tag; I get a good lather, actually very good but it dissipates very quickly and you have to keep reaplying soap to the skin. No other issues but below average on many levels. MDC is not quite as expensive but in my experience MDC is the best performing soap I've ever tried and I've tried some really good soaps.
