Good day gents,

Name is Edward, 46 of age, Portuguese but living & working in Angola. In advance do accept my apologies for my clumsy English.


I recently adhered to wet-shaving after I accidentally bumped into geofatboy & PaulHVideos on YouTube that convinced me to buy the following day a Wilkinson classic razor + Palmolive classic cream + cheap supermarket brush and since my first shave I am absolutely loving every moments of my shaving routine.

Pictures of my purchases attached.

Although I just started 1 month ago I cannot wait to buy a razorine razor + a traditional shaving scuttle (although I am not sure that it's a good idea to use it in a Tropical environment).

So

I am willing to learn shaving techniques with the members of this forum, discover more about uk, Dutch and Italian shaving products and stores since wetshaving products are limited in Portugal.

It's more a beginner / collector impulse, but also I am curious to see how it improves the lathering process since it has that hot water mechanism.

I started shaving with warm water but it was too much for my skin so since them I use cold water which is perfect for me

I was referring to use hot water in the scuttle to prepare the lathering. Haven't tried yet
