That's one original handle design! I 've never seen anything like this. I suppose it's good for keeping resistance while you bowl lather, because the way it is, it must work like a lever.

...and she's arrived! My second delivery of the day.
Mancera Cedrat Boise. Had a sample of this from @Bandito a good while back and couldn't shake my affection for it. Found the opportunity to plumb for a 120mL bottle to see me through.

A RazoRock Mamba. I recently have tried it and a Timeless 0.68, both loaned to me by a friend, and both gave me an easy BBS shave with my high-quality vintage blades. It was quicker for me to learn the 'sweet spot' of the Timeless, but the Mamba became my choice mainly because of its lighter weight (about 30g for its head vs. 45g for that of the Timeless), which made it significantly easier for me to hold, and also because of its much lower price. I went ahead and purchased one.
