New Maseto brush

My Maseto 30mm 2 band arrived today

Looks good and the handle has a nice weight to it.
Only had to wait 10 days for it to make it's way from China.

So what's the best way to break in these brushes? Mine arrived today and after a shampooing I test lathered with some soap and some cream and it seems to be a bit of a lather hog. Does his improve over time and use or is there anything I can do?
(Incidentally it seemed to lather the soap - and release more in my Scuttle than cream)

There is no break in period for these brushes but at least you know there is great lather left in the knot for a final pass plus touch ups. I usually use cream and a scuttle these days. Great performance, no shedding and worth every penny.

I think you should go for the black, ivory or horn.I hope this helps.

All kidding aside, I find the handle of the Maseto brush better than I expected.

The Horn is available again. I just bought the 30mm finest in horn. Get in.
