Very true I believe, amongst other vintage handles. I'd love a stainless Fatboy razor handle too. I'm always surprised that given the artists we have at our disposal in this hobby, that many of these classic designs have not been copied. I've always thought the Fat Handle Tech a beauty for example.

I know the Bulldog handle has been copied by every Tom, Dick and Harry, and I've seen some beautiful aristocrat style handles done by...UFO, I think.

I don't know how popular a three piece Fatboy handle would be, but I'm truly astonished that the Chinese haven't made a Fatboy knockoff. I'm equally surprised that no one has made a stainless (or mostly stainless) Fatboy yet. Even though I'm sure it would cost several hundred dollars, there would be no shortage of people wanting one.

The UFO handles are gorgeous, especially the homages to the Aristocrat, but that is only one style, as perfect as they are. I personally really dislike the Bulldog style, it does nothing for me.
I think there are probably more fans of the look of the Fatboy and Slim than are fans of the shaves offered, although I'm firmly in both camps. Given how many high end handles, and razors too, that are offered, I don't see many lying around waiting to be sold. They can be quite difficult to get as many have found. It's just one of those things that once produced, will sell out quick.
 
Well, here it is! My "signature" shaving brush handle. Stainless and brass pre bored to accomodate a 28mm knot. The brass ones are sold out for now, but I will be making more down the road. All comments, inquiries, and questions more than welcome! 20150831_152119-1_20150906165224622.jpg

Those are just simply stunning, I love the stainless version, and the fact it's a 28mm hole. We are a very lucky community to share in your skill and artistry. Good luck with the project.

Thank you so much for the encouragement my friend! I always stand by my work, but I am so very proud of this model and have decided to keep one for myself and hopefully the knot will arrive tomorrow! This model will always be offered, even though I will make new and different ones as well (including my 400 homage in hopefully just a few weeks)!
