New to the forum, but using a DE and shavette for the last 3 years.
Swapped over from a cartridge type as I have really sensitive combination skin. And they use to destroy my face, and leave me with real bad ingrown hair on my neck.
The transition to a DE took some time to adapt to, but irrigation and ingrown hairs are gone. I have moved on to a shavette on occasional shave and my first straight is on order too.
Skin still sensitive to most products, face wash, moisturiser I use Elemis engerise. Soap I use palmolivo cream, and Thayers witch hazel in Rose petal because the cucumber one was sold out.
I am interested to hear some recommendations for new products for shaving. But also if anyone has sensitive skin to give elemis a try.
