Got a Titan but way way cheaper from China when I started straight razor shaving and it is in fact still one of my favourite blades. I like the overall heft. Mine showed up shave ready with a newbie strop included. Happy with my Titan but I believe it is a bit of a gamble shopping from China. Would I recommend a newbie buying a Titan? Nah, I would advice play it safe and go for a straight razor from Fergiebilly. (brush is not Titan)

I wouldn't pay that sort of money to those kind of razors. You better of buy a vintage razor from a reputable seller and it must be shave ready.
The offer by @Fergiebilly sounds good, I haven't dealt with him but there are lots of members here in this forum dealt with him and they all praise his work, so I would buy a vintage shave ready razor from @Fergiebilly or @pugh-the-special-one
