Colonial The General S/S Version

I think you'll be impressed with the SS General Wayne.
I did own one but sold it for a could of reasons.
One it was a tad to heavy for me but I really liked it with titanium handle.
Two. I wasn't getting along with AC type blades in any razor, so moved it on along with my other AC type razors.

That would be my main concern - the weight.
I'm really happy with the aluminium head on an Ikon OSS handle, not sure I need a ss version.

If I don't manage to buy one at the next release it will have to wait until 2019 as I am on a self imposed no buy in 2018.

Didn't they release them on Christmas Day? Why would anyone be hovering over a buy button when there was a full English, Bucks Fizz (I had Cheryl) Various nibbles, Mince Pies, A Full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, copious amounts of alcoholic beverages the Queens Speech, a good kip before waking up to Turkey sandwiches ice cream and jelly and a second round of alcoholic beverages before rolling into bed with the room spinning? Someone must have been cos they apparently sold the other 10 they released :rolleyes:

I managed to order one, just went online by chance, no hovering, plenty of wine downed at the time. ☺
 
I got one on Christmas Day as well. It wasn't a question of hovering, more a case of alarm set at 3.59pm and purchase made at 4pm. It took less time than making a cup of tea.

I agree that it's a strange day to put a razor up for sale and when I checked back a couple of hours later they hadn't sold out. It certainly didn't seem that there was a buying frenzy by any means.
