Any UK artisan razor makers

I had a pizza last night and it said on the box 'Artisan', Do I presume it was made using CNC methods?
Yes, I'll have a copper grease stuffed crust with aluminium base plus coolant topped with brass and titanium flakes and a side of stainless steel balls. Would you like that CNC machined? Oh sorry, I thought this was an artisan metalizzeria. Yes sir but that costs extra/less/wtf? Gotta go, Matron's coming!

I will take issue with that definition per se. Would this not as well apply to artisan soap makers who are consistent? I think we can find common ground between someone using water power in a grist mill type scenario and someone who uses a CNC machine or pantograph. I would call a Holland & Holland shotgun artisan and they use modern methods as well as repeat models.
I would call a Holand & Holland Shotgun artisan because they are like made to measure suits. Each one is made with a stock length specifically to fit it's owner
