Shaved yesterday with a GEM Micromatic. New blade. This is a deceptively aggressive razor. It’s fabulous on the wide open spaces of my cheeks and neck but I nicked myself on my chin, and I very very rarely cut myself. I was a bit shocked!! Be more careful this morning!

Hi, is there any reason why you’re focused solely on Gillette blades? The Feather blades are really sharp and scythe through a heavy beard. I also like the Astra green blades, which are very inexpensive. I realise that’s not the question you asked, though.
