    Stokies takin over. Welcome. Loads of good, friendly advice on here. No ingrowers for me since I started DE shaving. I've got sensitive girly skin so cold or tepid shaving stops me getting redness or razor burn. Duck.

    I like both. Alum after every shave. Styptic for proper nicks and bleeders. Always gently wash and thoroughly, but gently, dry both after use. For hygiene and to stop the styptic turning to mush.

    Creams seem a little less harsh to my skin. Easier to lather and better scents too.

    The white death !!! And salt, and fats, and caffeine, and bread, and alcohol... Everything in moderation gents. Apart from shaving products obviously.
