Had the first go of the balm and aftershave this morning and, suffice to say, I love it. My skin feels great, lovely and smooth and, as said above, not greasy. Will be buying more!

I ordered the Rosemary and Sandalwood balm and aftershave at the weekend, and they got here today, complete with a nice little thank you card. Verrrry impressed with the quick delivery, will be trying them with tomorrow's shave!

Yep, just shows you how things work for different people. I load soaps, including Wickhams, from the tub (30 seconds, 15 seconds swirling both ways) and then face lather (I use a Stirling Kong Synthetic). I get a fantastic lather from most soaps doing this, but 1912 and Super Smooth are up...

The 34th Street store is the bigger one stockwise, although the store on Lexington still has a good stock. Both are well worth a visit. For me, the attraction of the place was mainly the opportunity to get some aftershaves which, of course, we can't get shipper over here. Wish I'd come back...

I haven't tried OSP as yet (will put that right), but the slickest I have used, hands down, is P&B. Need to do a proper review, but the shaves I get from P&B, both Sanskrit and Citra Royale, are up there with the best, and the slickness, for me, is part of that. Lovely, smooth shaves.

Is this the right time to say that I'm off to Washington and New York for 10 days on Thursday and, whilst I'm in New York, I'll be visiting Pasteurs and probably coming back with half a suitcase full of shaving gear :cool: I may even post up pics when I return of my visit :D
