Modern open comb razors

Giesen and Forsthoff (Timor) in Germany have an open comb model -the 1350K, the 1353K and the 1354K. Presumably the head is the same and the difference is in the handles. I have no personal experience with this model though although I have been tempted to buy one in the past.

My most used DE razor this year (15 shaves!!! - I'm an SE guy) is a Seygus Brass OC razor.
I really like it.

R41 is not an open comb. It's a solid bar with teeth. Its purely aesthetic.

Pearl Open Comb aka Razorock Jaws, Charcoal Standard OC and other brandings is excellent. Unlike the similarly designed and more expensive Fatip, the chrome plating stays on the razor.

Regarding vintage have you tried a "NEW". This one is a 1930's "Short Comb" with a "Common Bar" handle. Very smooth and easy shave.
bb.JPG Of course if you want the "Real McCoy" have you tried an early 1900's Old Type?
