Yep, it seems that way. Connaught are still running Proraso at half price to clear their stocks.

Few Europeans sellers are shipping to the UK as well, Goodfellas Smile in Italy have stopped but I think YourShaving still do and they stock Floid, so I think it will be possible for some in the UK to get hold of it.

It is a 1200 Atoma Jay , I already own a 400. It is to replace wet and dry and glass for the final dress as they are so easy to use , also useful if you want to generate slurry from a base stone (Or though I don't usually as prefer a traditional tomo nagura)

Yes , some people bevel set on them too , I am not so keen for that purpose as it is easy to chip the edge , but many people use them succesfully so sure there is a technique that works.
