pen knives.

The dragonfly is lovely. Especially considering the uk knife laws. I went for the Opinel because it's so light. (Going to Google the raven now!)

It is but it locks so no good as an EDC. I've gone a bit uk legal nuts over the last couple of months so its one of several. I've got a K'Roo friction on order too which is going to be a stonker

Pity that locking knives are not allowed in the UK. In Holland I mostly have a 5" Laguiole (Laguiole Rossignol) or an Opinel #6 in my pocket. In the UK I usually carry a smallish SAK.

The friction is a little aggressive for my tastes in the UK. However, as a military man it is something I would consider taking on tour with me. Had enough of 'quality knives' ie gerber, leatherman, victorinox falling apart on me. Especially in the middle east, sand is a killer!

I had an Opinel no 8 in ebony, some blighter stole it!

Not a pen knife as such, but I always have my Gerber Mini in my pocket. I tend to use it for jobs every day, not just the blade.
Also have a Victorinox (not sure on model) to hand, but its a bit too big to have in my pocket all the time so it lives in my lunch bag or desk drawer.
And then my Gerber suspension is close by at home.

I love my gerber suspension, they should have used Phillips screws instead of stardrives, it'd make it so much easier to clean out sand and grit!

Here's my daily carry my UKPK in carbon fiber with S30V blade steel, always been a big fan of Spyderco knives the little Urban in G10 is another great little EDC there have been some little crackers up for sale over on British blades lately if anyone was looking for a bargain.
